 com \n\n \n\n Workshop Content \n\n Learn to own your expertise and presen
 t yourself and your accomplishments with confidence. This workshop will he
 lp you think more expansively about your knowledge and experience\, laying
  the foundation for you to convert your expertise into thought leadership 
 and become a conference speaker and open source contributor. \n\n In this 
 workshop\, you'll go through a few exercises around our theme\, "Speak You
 r Truth"\, generate a list of topics you can write or speak about\, presen
 t yourself as an expert\, and get introduced to writing\, speaking\, and c
 oding for open source. The workshop will also have new exercises for those
  who have previously attended. \n\n \n\n Write/Speak/Code \n\n Write/Speak
 /Code is a non-profit focused on increasing the visibility and leadership 
 of women and non-binary coders.  We were one of the first tech organizatio
 ns to founded by and focused on *mid-career women** (average years of expe
 rience is 7\, up to 30)\, offer free childcare and lactation rooms at our 
 events\, and have been a catalyst for hundreds of women to become thought
