 se and present yourself and your accomplishments with confidence. This wor
 kshop will help you think more expansively about your knowledge and experi
 ence\, laying the foundation for you to convert your expertise into though
 t leadership and become a conference speaker and open source contributor. 
 \n\n In this workshop\, you'll go through a few exercises around our theme
 \, "Speak Your Truth"\, generate a list of topics you can write or speak a
 bout\, present yourself as an expert\, and get introduced to writing\, spe
 aking\, and coding for open source. The workshop will also have new exerci
 ses for those who have previously attended. \n\n \n\n Write/Speak/Code \n\
 n Write/Speak/Code is a non-profit focused on increasing the visibility an
 d leadership of women and non-binary coders.  We were one of the first tec
 h organizations to founded by and focused on *mid-career women** (average 
 years of experience is 7\, up to 30)\, offer free childcare and lactation 
 rooms at our events\, and have been a catalyst for hundreds of women to be
