  \n\n This is an all day workshop for women and non-binary coders*\, custo
 mized to empower you as a leader in tech.  \n\n We are providing breakfast
  and lunch for all dietary needs and ensure the location is wheelchair acc
 essible. We also provide nursing rooms\, childcare services\, CART/ASL ser
 vices\, and any other accessibility needs\, as requested. If you have any

 ith confidence. Convert your expertise into thought leadership\, conferenc
 e speaking\, and open source contributing. The workshop will help you thin
 k more expansively about your knowledge and experience\, laying the founda
 tion for you to become a conference speaker and open source contributor. \
 n\n You'll go through an Impostor Syndrome workshop\, generate a list of t
 opics you can write or speak about\, present yourself as an expert\, and g
 et an intro to writing\, speaking\, and coding for open source. The worksh
 op will also have new exercises for those who have previously attended. \n
 \n Write/Speak/Code \n\n Write/Speak/Code is a non-profit focused on incre
 asing the visibility and leadership of women and non-binary coders.  We we
 re one of the first tech organizations to founded by and focused on *mid-c
 areer women** (average years of experience is 7\, up to 30)\, offer free c
 hildcare and lactation rooms at our events\, and have been a catalyst for
