 ts the WellFest Summer Tour.  \n\n On Saturday 25th of August\, we will be
  hosting a free wellness pop-up event inside at Thomond Park stadium. This
  free pop-up is designed to give you a real taste of what WellFest is all 
 about and is sure to leave you feeling refreshed\, inspired and uplifted! 
 \n\n Please note - tickets to this event are extremely limited and will op
 erate on a first come\, first served basis. Be sure to register your inter
 est to be the first to hear updates on the event! \n\n Schedule for the da
 y: \n\n \n 10.00 - Doors open \n 10.20 - PT Tom Dalton will be warming us 
 up with his bodyweight HIIT workout \n 11.15 - We'll be hearing from regis
 tered dietitian Orla Walsh about all things nutrition \n 12.15 - Lee Trace
 y will close the day with a yoga flow for all levels finishing with 10 min
 ute guided meditation \n 13.00 - Event ends \n \n\n Please note: this is s
 trictly an over 18s event only. Photos will be taken while the event is li
 ve. If you would prefer not to be photographed\, please let one of the Wel
 lFest or KBC staff know on entrance. \n\n Registration opens 8pm Thursday
