 Summer Tour.  \n\n On Saturday 21st of July\, we will be hosting a free we
 llness pop-up event in Kilkenny City Centre. This free pop-up is designed 
 to give you a real taste of what WellFest is all about and is sure to leav
 e you feeling refreshed\, inspired and uplifted! \n\n Schedule for the day
 : \n\n \n 10.00 - Doors open \n 10.20 (40 mins) - PT Tom Dalton will be wa
 rming us up with his bodyweight circuit \n 11.15 (45 mins) - We'll be hear
 ing from registered dietitian Orla Walsh about all things nutrition \n 12.
 15 (45 mins) - Julie B will close the day with a yoga flow for all levels 
 finishing with 10 minute guided meditation \n 13.00 - Event ends \n \n\n P
 lease note: this is strictly an over 18s event only. Photos will be taken 
 while the event is live. If you would prefer not to be photographed\, plea
