 op-up event in Salthill Park\, Galway. This free pop-up is designed to giv
 e you a real taste of what WellFest is all about and is sure to leave you 
 feeling refreshed\, inspired and uplifted! \n\n Schedule for the day: \n\n
  \n 10.00 - Gates open \n 10.15 - Music and dance themed workout with Fear
 less Moves \n 10.45 - PT Tom Dalton will take you through a bodyweight HII
 T workout \n 11.15 - Light refreshments \n 11.45 - Wellness panel discussi
 on with GAA fitness coach Brian Keane\, registered dietitian Orla Walsh an
 d co-founder of The Awakening and Soul Space Miriam Hussey \n 12.45 - Juli
 e B will close the day with a yoga flow for all levels  \n 14.00 - Event e
 nds \n \n\n Some of our favourite wellness brands will be joining us\, Ful
