Their passion is to partner with pastors for healthy leaders\, healthy families\, and h ealthy churches. \n\n Geoff has been in ministry for 40+ years as a lead p astor\, executive pastor and family pastor. He was one of the early pionee rs of the multisite church movement\, overseeing the campus expansion of S eacoast Church and Saddleback Church. He also served as the Managing Direc tor of Exponential and has authored or co-authored four books including Th e Multisite Church Revolution and Together. For the past 15 years Geoff ha s coached leaders across the U.S. and Europe on multiplication\, strategy and structure. \n\n Sherry has led at every level in her 35+ years of mini stry experience. She served as Children’s Pastor and helped shape leader ship development at Seacoast Church. She also served as a Leadership Commu nity Director for Leadership Network\, CEO of MOPS International and Direc tor of Parenting Strategy for the reThink Group (Orange). She is currently the Vice President for North America for One Hope. Sherry has written fou r books including Just Lead and Brave Mom.
