 reviews \n\n Abstract: The overarching goal of this seminar is to showcase
  and discuss best practices in conducting and publishing literature review
 s. Led by Professor Simon Restubog\, this seminar provides valuable insigh
 ts in conducting systematic and integrative reviews and navigating the pub
 lication process in high impact outlets. Participants will gain a comprehe
 nsive understanding of the conceptual\, methodological\, and practical asp
 ects at every stage\, from initial submission to the final accepted public
 ation. \n\n Bio: Simon Lloyd D. Restubog is Interim Dean and Full Professo
 r of HR and Organizational Psychology in the School of Labor and Employmen
 t Relations\, with a courtesy appointment in the Department of Psychology 
 at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign\, USA. He is also an Int
 ernational Distinguished Professorial Fellow (fractional appointment) in t
 he School of Management at the University of Bath\, UK. His research focus
 es on the dark side of human behavior\, employment relationships and futur
 e of work\, and career development. He has published over 100 journal arti
 cles in leading outlets\, including the Academy of Management Journal\, Hu
 man Relations\, Journal of Applied Psychology\, Journal of Management\, Jo
 urnal of Management Studies\, Journal of Organizational Behavior\, Journal
  of Service Research\, Leadership Quarterly\, Organizational Behavior &amp
 \; Human Decision Processes\, Personnel Psychology\, Organization Studies\
 , among others. Since 2008\, he has received 12 nationally and internation
 ally competitive grants from Australia (e.g.\, Australian Research Council
  – Discovery and Linkage Schemes)\, Canada (e.g.\, Social Sciences and H
 umanities Research Council)\, and China (e.g.\, National Natural Science F
 oundation of China). He currently serves as Senior Associate Editor of the
  Journal of Vocational Behavior and Associate Editor of Human Relations. H
 e is also an editorial board member of the Journal of Applied Psychology\,
  Journal of Management\, and Journal of Management Studies. In January 202
 3\, he was named a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science in 
 recognition of his sustained and exceptional contributions to the field of
