DESCRIPTION: Dr Nicola M. Pless is a Chaired Professor of Management at the
  University of South Australia\, Honorary Professor at the University of Q
 ueensland and serves as a Guardian of the Globally Responsible Leadership 
 Initiative (partnership of EFMD\, AACSB and UNGC). She is a former Vice Pr
 esident International Leadership Development and worked for UBS in Basel a
 nd New York and the World Bank Group in Washington DC. She also served on 
 the faculties of ESADE\, INSEAD\, University of St. Gallen and as Honorary
  Jef-Van-Gerwen SJ Chair at the University of Antwerp. She sits on the edi
 torial boards of the Journal of Business Ethics and Academy of Management 
 Collections (2023 AOM Best Reviewer Award). Her research on responsible le
 adership\, sustainability\, global governance\, ethics\, diversity &amp\; 
 inclusion\, and neuroscience appeared in leading academic journals (e.g.\,
  HRM\, JBE\, JMS\, ORM)\, received numerous awards (among them four Academ
 y of Management Awards)\, and has been featured in the media (e.g.\, BBC\,
  Boston Globe\, Business Week\, CEO Magazine\, Fortune). Her teaching was
