 teractive way to learn all about the arrival of your baby. We take a maxim
 um of eight couples on our courses. This ensures that you get the time and
  attention to have all your questions answered. \n\n As an Antenatal Irela
 nd educator\, Tina-Marie Bruton prides herself in supporting you to make i
 nformed decisions for birth and parenting\, she facilitates through the pr
 incipals of adult education. Classes are interactive with lots of time for
  questions and for practicing skills needed for labour and early parenthoo
 d. Every course is tailored to the individual needs of the group. \n\n Wor
 kshops typically take place over two days across one weekend on a Saturday
  &amp\; Sunday from 09:30 - 14:30 - Check the specific ticket dates and ti
 mes for confirmation. \n\n Some of the topics covered include: \n\n \n Inf
 ormed decision making \n Positions for Labour &amp\; Birth \n Stages of la
 bour \n Role of hormones and how to get them flowing \n Comfort measures \
 n Role of the partner \n Pain relief (natural &amp\; pharmacological) \n I
 nduction\, Assisted Birth\, Caesarean Birth \n Breastfeeding \n Early pare
 nting \n \n\n Antenatal Workshop Tickets cost €220 and include attendanc
 e for birthing woman / person and birthing partner on both days. There is 
 no requirement to be a Cuidiú member to attend these classes. \n\n Cuidi
 ú Family Membership for the current year is included (value €25).\nIf y
 our class date falls on or after 1st July - Membership for the following y
