DESCRIPTION: Join us on the 11th of July for Fixfest London! 💚🔨 \n\n
What is Fixfest London? \n\n Some of you may have joined us at Fixfest 202
 5- our global gathering for fixers\, activists\, policymakers\, educators
and more from all over the world. \n\n This mini-edition of Fixfest is al
l about our London community - a chance for repair groups and volunteers a
cross the capital to connect\, learn and share ideas. Everyone is welcome:
  Fixers\, hosts\, data collectors\, organisers\, tea-makers\, cake bakers
and more! \n\n 📍It’s at St Lukes Community Centre in Islington\, fol
lowed by an evening social @ Shoreditch Park (6pm onwards). Due to limited
space\, you’ll need a ticket to attend the daytime event. \n\n Our com
munity is doing amazing work. We have our own unique ways of running event
s and supporting our local communities. There's so much to be proud of. \
n\n \nSo what’s the vision? \n\n We’d love for everyone to leave Fix
fest feeling: \n\n \n Inspired and empowered to try something new and over
come challenges \n Connected to the London community and the wider repair
movement \n \n\n We’re all united by a shared vision- to help people rep
air\, to fix things and to challenge the throwaway economy. How can we wor
k together to build on our success and impact? \n\n \nCheck out our progr
amme preview! \n\n A big thank you to everyone who recently proposed topi
cs through our form. Your ideas have helped shape the programme and ensure
  it’s as useful as possible for volunteers and groups. \n\n | | | |\n|
