 th product management mindset\, he holds an MSc. in Computer Science with 
 a focus on distributed systems and 10 years of software development experi
 ence. Prior to Work &amp\; Co he was co-founder of an e-commerce startup i
 n Brazil and developed apps for Samsung\, Deutsche Telekom\, and Globo Net
 work. \n\n Talk: Reaping Rewards from Debugging Teamwork and Crafting Bett
 er Processes \n\n We all hear about the benefits of continuous\, rapid ite
 ration for digital product development. But what about the people behind t
 hose products\, and the processes they use to build great digital experien
 ces? In this talk\, Fernando speaks about our responsibility for continuou
 s improvement and how it can be a rewarding approach. Adapting your proces
