 ut vulnerability in tech. Two aspects of our careers in which we can be le
 ft vulnerable are code reviews and tech interviews\, particularly if they 
 are negative experiences. \n\n Most people have experienced getting ripped
  apart in a code review or have bombed a technical interview at some point
  in their career. If you have not experienced it yourself\, there’s prob
 ably someone on your team who has. \n\n In this talk\, I will give actiona
 ble feedback on how to improve code review processes in teams to improve t
 he quality of the feedback team members receive. \n\n We'll also look at t
 echnical interviews from both the hiring side\, and the applicant side: \n
 \n \n  We’ll talk about how to improve the process to create a better ex
 perience for applicants while not sacrificing on the quality of the interv
 iew.   \n  And lastly\, we’ll switch things up to see things from the ap
