DESCRIPTION: The Holloway proudly presents the first edition of FEN FEST\, 
 a night dedicated to the rural sonic sounds from the depths of fens. \n\n 
 The night will showcase a selection of dark\, ambient\, drone\, doom and m
 ore from 4 musicians from the underrepresented landscape of the Fenland di
 strict. Bringing the myths and legend of the isolated area through sonic a
 rts we are extremely excited to be bringing you these acts into our fine c
 ity. \n\n THE BREEDLING (CHRIS SPALTON) – comes from the depths of the f
 ens and has been circling the periphery of the music scene for years via h
 is art\, design\, and video for several notable artists (Part Chimp and He
 y Colossus to name two). This is his first foray into music-making and his
  debut release. These songs come from a particular place and a particular 
 time\, realised through modern technology. Spalton has taken an inquisitiv
 e\, DIY approach and attitude to the way he uses sound. \n\n “…genuine

 lesh\, Helm\, Raime and other experts in creating abstract moody atmospher

 HED started from an incident in hospital where I was left with 2nd &amp\; 
 3rd degree burns and simply discharge. So this harsh noise project is used
  to incorporate all the sounds around me and to create the harshest possib
