 writer whose varied output has run from initial cassette forays in minimal
  rock and psych-folk to 2022’s Ahimsa EP\, a futurist soundscape made wi
 th Mandé jali Sefo Kanuteh. 2025 will see the UK release of the movie Day
  of the Fight\, for which MacDiarmid composed the score and that premiered
  at the Venice Film Festival. His work has received enthusiastic support f
