  in 2012 to shine a light on the very best people\, products and companies
  that make up the tech sector in Bristol\, Bath and the broader South West
 . \n\n This year the awards will be held at Motion Bristol on 21 June 2018
  and if you’ve been to the SPARKies before you’ll know it’s a great 
 night for digital debauchery\, comedy and community with awards for everyt
 hing from outstanding tech startups to mentors\, hardware\, virtual realit
 y and more. \n\n With 16 categories representing the brilliance of the tec
 h scene in the West up for grabs\, we’re celebrating the entire local te
 ch spectrum – including those wonderful people and companies that work t
 irelessly to support and grow the cluster.  \n\n Tickets to the night will
  include free drinks\, a meal from a local food superstar\, a seat at the 
 award ceremony and a lot of other surprises throughout the evening. \n
