 e technology company whose main product ( usheru for film distributors ) e
 nables film distributors to connect their marketing to the cinema box offi
 ce (for the first time) by creating a customised film website to which a f
 ilm distributor can direct all their advertising. Here\, consumers can fin
 d film showtimes and book tickets directly on the website in 3 clicks. USH
 ERU provides sales conversion data and marketing performance analytics to 
 the film distributors to measure the success of their ongoing campaigns fo
 r a film and build a customer database. \n\n Before setting up USHERU Cath
 erine Downes spent 7 years at Google - primarily in marketing and sales pa
 rtnerships roles working with website publishers and app developers. In he
 r final role at Google\, Catherine set up a global partner/agency program 
 reselling Google’s website and app developer monetisation products acros
 s Europe\, Asia\, US and Latin America. Setting up this program gave her t
 he appreciation for getting a project up and running from scratch\, and gr
 owing it to be a global program. \n\n When the opportunity arose to set up
  USHERU with Oliver Fegan and Andres Macias\, she saw it as a chance to bu
 ild something from inception and also to bring marketing intelligence and
