 er questions. \n\n What is a Service Jam? \n\n One special weekend\, peopl
 e interested in service and customer experience will meet at locations all
  over the globe. They will be designers\, students\, academics\, business 
 people\, unemployed people\, customers\, moms\, kids and grand-dads. In a 
 spirit of experimentation\, innovation\, co-operation and friendly competi
 tion\, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype complet
 ely new services\, products or initiatives inspired by a shared theme. At 
 the end of the Jam\, their collection of brand new insights and prototypes
  will be published to the world. ‍ \n\n Why join a Service Jam? \n\n It'
 s all about exploring\, connecting and creating. You will have the chance 
 to break free from your day-to-day and learn how to work and collaborate t
 hrough productive play and fun. You will meet new people in your city and
