DESCRIPTION: We are pleased to announce our first Digital and Advanced Manu
 facturing event of 2023 on the 15th June at Silverstone Park. \n\n Our top
 ic will be Automation in Manufacturing\, and as part of the event we will 
 explore how automation can improve overall productivity in the context of 
 both hardware (robotics\, physical technology\, machine control\, additive
  manufacturing\, etc) and software (process automation in different busine
 ss areas). \n\n On the day we'll be welcoming our expert speakers to the p
 odium: \n\n Fabien Rozzi (Global Head of Customer Success\, Make): \n\n Fa
 bien is currently serving as Global Head of Customer Success at Make\, the
  world's most innovative no-code business automation and agility platform.
  Prior to this\, he was Director of Sales at Make after several positions 
 at Celonis\, most lately as Director of Operations and Business Developmen
 t. Fabien received Industrial Engineer training from the Technical Univers
 ity Munich\, HEC Paris\, and MIT. \n\n Kieron Salter (CEO\, KW Special Pro
 jects): \n\n Kieron is an engineer and entrepreneur who made his start in 
 the British motorsport industry. \n\n He graduated with a degree in Mechan
 ical Engineering from Oxford Brookes in 1993 before joining Reynard Racing
  where he progressed to become Head of their Special Vehicle Projects divi
 sion. Kieron was Chief Engineer of five cars in 2000’s Le Mans 24 hours 
 race and had three consecutive Le Mans Prototype winners there between 200
 1 and 2003. \n\n Now\, he is CEO of two innovative and engineering-led com
 panies\, KW Special Projects and the Digital Manufacturing Centre. Both co
 mpanies are located in Silverstone Park. KW Special Projects is a high-per
 formance engineering consultancy delivering niche vehicle programmes for r
 oad and track. The Digital Manufacturing centre is a state-of-the-art\, mu
 lti-technology commercial additive manufacturing facility serving the auto
 motive\, motorsport\, aerospace\, space\, medtech and energy sectors. \n\n
  Dorian Smellie (CEO &amp\; Co-founder of Total Control Pro): \n\n As head
  of Total Control Pro\, Dorian is also the creator of DynamxMFG®\, a clou
 d smart manufacturing platform that enables manufacturers to gain real tim
 e sight\, management and control of their production processes. \n\n From 
 strumming guitar strings to deploying production tracking &amp\; ERP syste
 ms\, his intrigue in technology and innovation has spread across multiple 
 sectors. As an engineering graduate from Bristol\, he gained an early repu
 tation for digitalising business processes and automation\; from music and
  multimedia to client transactions and behaviour\, for the likes of Experi
 an\, BetVictor\, Virgin and Goodwood. Through years of consulting and digi
 tal product design\, his reputation grew for transforming productivity\, o
 utput and the day-to-day experience of those working within the manufactur
 ing sector. Dorian's career is driven by helping manufacturers produce mor
 e and waste less\, and to understand how smart and accessible technology e
 nables more productive and competitive industrial enterprises. \n\n While 
 John Lewis\, Safran\, Alstrom and Sellafield are amongst the client base\,
  Dorian guides Total Control Pro to support the SME supply chain to have t
 he ‘right resources at the right place\, doing the right job at the righ
 t time’. \n\n  \nBradley McEwan (Business Development Manager at Beckhof
 f): \n\n Bradley has 30 years’ experience in industrial automation with 
 a focus on motion control and robotic systems. Starting as a design\, appl
 ications and commission engineer\, latterly moving into a Business Develop
 ment role. Brad is helping OEMs increase their ROI by integrating Beckhoff
  Automations' leading-edge\, technology based solutions . \n\n  \nSimon Ha
 ll (Global Market Technical Sales at Beckhoff): \n\n Simon joined Beckhoff
  in 2016 after completing his Bachelor's degree at Edinburgh Napier Univer
 sity. \n\n Since then\, he has worked in a variety of roles starting out o
 n the technical support team and moving on to become the IPC product Speci
 alist for the UK. \n\n In 2022 he switched from supporting UK customers to
  be a part of the global team\, focused on implementing Beckhoff automatio
 n technologies in the food\, beverage and packing sectors\, in a technical
  sales role. \n\n Richard Golstein (Founder\, Blue Precision Technologies)
  \n\n Richard is the founder of a Gold Certified Make partner\, specialisi
 ng in automation and system integration and with extensive expertise in da
 tabase management systems.  Richard and his team empower organizations to 
 achieve their business objectives through their value-driven approach and 
 deep understanding of automation and system integration.  With over 30 yea
 rs of combined experience\, Richard and his team have a successful track r
 ecord in delivering international software implementation projects for bot
 h SME and Large Enterprise organisations. \n\n With expert speakers\, pres
 entations\, case studies and a panel discussion --we're looking forward to
