 ital grants fund to support the  purchase of new equipment.\n \n \n\n Luqm
 an Abdullah is one of the advisors working on the project and has been tra
 velling across the country helping SME manufacturers prepare for Industry.
  4.0. \n\n Digitalisation might be the key word\, but an ACMI 4.0 assessme
 nt benchmarks performance across the business and its supply chain to iden
 tify performance improvements that can be made online and offline. \n\n Th
 e assessment also help SMEs deepen their understanding of Industry 4.0 and
  how it can be used to greatest effect in their business\, identifying the
  technologies that will have the biggest impact on performance in line wit
 h their goals. \n\n The programme is open to SME manufacturers in England 
 at any stage of digitisation. Luqman will share the stories of some of the
  companies that have undergone an assessment and how it’s changed their 
 performance. He’ll also be discussing the challenges SMEs need to addres
 s to make the most of Industry 4.0\, and the simple\, sometimes overlooked
