 k start the conference with the brightonSEO Seafront Run\, a great way to 
 network in a relaxed environment and get your blood pumping before a whole
  day of learning. \n\n Join us at 7.30am for friendly guided 5k along the 
 promenade allowing you enough time to get ready for the conference. \n\n T
 he run\, led by local running group RunPals\, will be inclusive of any abi
 lity\, so you can\nchoose how fast or slow you go - every ability is welco

 to getting people of all ages and abilities out of the house and being act
 ive through running related activities. We create positive running experie
