 o some of Greater Manchester's stunning countryside. Expect a few gentle c
 limbs and beautiful views. The ride will be at a sensible pace and with a 
 no-drop policy\, so ideal for building confidence. Team Glow ride leaders 
 will be on hand to offer advice (Team Glow are a women's cycling network a
 nd Manchester-based club). \n\n After the ride finishes at the Rapha Clubh
 ouse\, Lululemon will lead a short yoga session to teach you how to stretc
 h out the muscles post-ride to avoid stiffness. The Yoga session is not co
 mpulsory. \n
