 nge you to put your route planning skills to the test and pass through a s
 eries of mandated checkpoints across the Docklands\, sharing your adventur
 e along the way. You can pass each checkpoint in any order\, over one or t
 wo days\, as long as you visit the Pop-Up as part of your attempt. There w
 ill be a commemorative prize for each participant\, so start planning your

 PLANNING \n\n The art of route planning is a great skill to have in the ba
 nk and there are lots of online tutorials and tools you can use (Ride with
  GPS\; Komoot\; Strava). Make sure you take into account the time\, traffi
 c\, any access restrictions (especially the Parks/Tunnels/ferries)\, the h
 ighway code and don’t forget to load it up to your GPS device. For those
  who don't want to create a route we will have a suggested route ready of 
 30-60km which we will send out one week in advance. \n\n THE ROUTE CHECK L
 IST \n\n Like any Rapha event\, there are always some rules:\n1. Your ride
  must take place between Sunrise on Saturday 19th September to Sunset on S
 unday 20th September. 2. Your route must include all checkpoints and the p
 op-up (in any order). If you are at the pop-up outside their opening times
  then a selfie outside will be fine.\n3. Your route must start and finish 
 at the same location (you choose where).  4. You must take one photo at ea
 ch checkpoint (selfie/view). \n\n COMPLETING THE RIDE \n\n Tag your photos
  on Social with #TheIslandChallenge #RaphaCanaryWharf and share your story
 .\nAll riders can collect their surprise in the Pop-up during the weekend 
 of 19th/20th September or the following week. (you need to show your selfi
