 duce the chance of injury whilst riding.  \n\n Rhian is a qualified Person
 al Trainer with qualifications in Circuits Training\, Kettlebells and Pers
 onal Training\; More info can be found on her Facebook page Rhian Greaves 
 PT.  She is an avid cyclist with many years of experience cycling and she 
 will be leading the classes.  \n\n No prior experience is necessary. We'll
  be targeting the parts of the body affected by cycling ie. glutes\, shoul
 ders\, lower back and core. A perfect way to strengthen any tight muscles 
 before a weekend ride.  \n\n The class will take place 7:00-7:55pm Thursda
 y 28th March at Business As Usual (BAU) in Bristol\; click on the link for
  directions - https://bit.ly/2R2u2l7.  \n\n There is free parking near BAU
  and you're welcome to use the bathroom to get changed once you arrive. Pl
 ease note\, a minimum number of ten people will be required to run the ses
 sion and you need to bring trainers. We will email attendees the payment d
 etails once we have the required number of people. \n
