DESCRIPTION: The Technical Support Instrument (TSI) is the EU's tool to ass
 ist Member States in designing and implementing reforms. Managed by SG REF
 ORM\, it provides customised\, demand-driven support including strategic a
 nd legal advice\, studies\, training and expert visits on the ground.  \n\
 n The assistance is delivered in cooperation with EU institutions and exte
 rnal experts. TSI aims to strengthen administrative capacity\, promote sus
 tainable growth\, and align national reforms with EU priorities and regula
 tions. \n\n The TSI programme operates under the 2021-2027 Multi-Annual Fi
 nancial Framework (MFF). There is no exchange of funds and the support doe
 s not require co-financing from Member States. \n\n Ireland and TSI: \n\n 
 The Department of Public Expenditure\, Infrastructure\, Public Service Ref
 orm and Digitalisation acts as Ireland's National Coordinating Authority f
 or the TSI. It liaises with the European Commission and facilitates the al
 ignment with national reform priorities.  \n\n This online event will be a
 rranged in collaboration with colleagues from SG REFORM. \n\n MS Teams lin
