  and that the cycling industry gets better by being more diverse. We also 
 know that not everyone has access to the same opportunities. For this reas
 on\, we set aside a number of subsidised tickets as part of our scholarshi
 p program to make the event more open and accessible. We won’t ask any q
 uestions or for justification\, but we do ask that you only take a Tier 3 
 scholarship space if you need to. \n\n Our Tier 1 ticket helps cover the c
 ost of these subsidised places.\nWe are a not-for-profit event and all inc
 ome from ticket sales goes towards the hire of the venue and covering our 
 speakers' expenses. If you feel like you can afford to pay a little extra 
 to help someone else attend\, we would really appreciate the support. \n
