 ives and policymakers to explore how open data can support a more transpar
 ent\, innovative and digitally-enabled Ireland. \n\n As Ireland holds the 
 Presidency of the Council of the European Union\, this year's conference w
 ill examine the role of open data as critical digital infrastructure that 
 supports the delivery of better public services\, strengthens evidence-inf
 ormed policymaking\, unlocks innovation and contributes to wider digital t
 ransformation processes. \n\n The programme will feature presentations\, p
 anel discussions and practical case studies exploring: \n\n \n Open Data f
 or Better Public Services \n Open Data for Impact \n Open Data for Transfo
 rmation \n \n\n  \nTopics will include public service innovation\, transpa
 rency and trust\, domestic and European digital policy developments\, oppo
 rtunities and challenges presented by emerging technologies like AI\, as w
 ell as use cases from the public and private sector demonstrating the soci
 al and economic benefits arising from the use and re-use of open data. \n\
 n The conference will also provide opportunities for networking and engage
 ment with colleagues from across the public service\, academia\, business/
 enterprise\, civil society and the wider Irish Open Data community. \n\n D
