  Wilson joins us from Microsoft. In this month's session\, Dr. Wilson will
  share how her experiences as a Black and Asian woman in 2020 catalyzed th
 e founding of a grassroots D&amp\;I initiative focused on improving repres
 entation during the hiring process at Microsoft. She will also share key l
 earnings about starting and scaling D&amp\;I initiatives in the workplace.
