\n Leveraging Personnel Surveys for Organizational Impact: Case Studies fr
om the Military \n\n Personnel surveys have long served as foundational to
ols in organizational research\, typically designed to address specific in
formational needs. However\, applied researchers are increasingly finding
innovative ways to repurpose survey data and unlock new insights. This pre
sentation explores how large-scale survey efforts within military contexts
have been strategically leveraged to inform decision-making\, shape polic
y\, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Through a series of case stu
dies\, we will examine how survey data has been integrated with other anal
ytic approaches to support leadership across the Department of Defense\, o
ffering lessons on maximizing the utility of existing data assets. \n
