DESCRIPTION: A team chess tournament with four boards per team. Teams can h
 ave up to six players but only four can play each round. \n\n Members of c
 hess clubs or school teams should wherever possible enter as a team rather
  than as individuals. Please contact your school or club first to see if t
 hey are entering a team. \n\n Note: Players can only play for clubs if the
 ir school isn't entering a team. \n\n Teams will also need a 'team manager
 ' to act as point of contact and will be responsible for the team on the d
 ay. We will communicate with the team manager to ensure everything runs sm
 oothly on the day. \n\n Individuals entries are reserved for players who a
 re not members of a club or school team. Places are limited and we will as
 sign them to a team which is short of players. \n\n All teams must be made
  up of players living in the City of Edinburgh\, East Lothian\, Midlothian
 \, West Lothian or The Scottish Borders Council areas only. \n\n The tourn
 ament will have five or six rounds with Swiss pairings\, so as far as poss
 ible all teams will play all rounds. Time control: All moves in 25 minutes
 . \n\n Please ensure your teams arrive at the venue by 9:15am for a 9:30am
  start\, with prize giving ending around 4:30pm. \n\n See the Additional I
 nformation below for details of team composition\, board order etc. \n\n E
 NTRIES\nEntry closes at midnight on Thursday 5th February. \n\n Team entri
 es are £20\, if paid for before midnight on Wednesday 4th February\, £25
  thereafter. \n\n Teams can pay on the day by using the PAYONDAY code in t
 he discount field. \n\n You can enter a team without player details and am
 end your entry once the team is known. Player details must be provided by 
 midnight Thursday 5th February.  \n\n Individual entries are £5\, if paid
  for before midnight on Wednesday 4th February\, £8 thereafter. Individua
 ls must pay online only and must live in The Lothian and Borders Region. I
 ndividual entries will be assigned to a composite team. If you are not sur
 e if your school or club is entering a team please get in touch and we can
  give you contact details if we have them. \n\n Children who are in receip
 t of Free School Meals can enter for free \n\n For team entries: please us
 e the discount code FSM1\, FSM2\, FSM3 or FSM4 to indicate the number of c
 hildren in receipt of free school meals in a team. For individual entries:
  please use the discount code FSM. \n\n Refreshments\nA cafe will be avail
 able selling soup\, rolls\, hot and cold drinks\, home baking and other sn
