 keen to try some strength training but who are at a loss as to where to be
 gin. \n\n It's also for women who have recently joined a gym but are still
  a little unsure of their technique and want to learn how to lift a barbel
 l and swing a kettlebell confidently and safely. \n\n In this two hour wor
 kshop\, you will learn the 3 major lifts of strength training and how to i
 mplement them safely and effectively in your workouts. \n\n During the wor
