 ding practical tips on how to build good staff relations and deal with\ndi

 • Handling grievances and disciplinaries\n• Mediation/LRA \n\n There a
 re 6 x 3 hour sessions\, 3 before Christmas and 3 after:\nThe first sessio
 n will be in person in INTO Northern Office and the tutor will agree with 
 the participants at that session the venues (online or in person) for the 
 rest of the course. \n\n Week 1 – Thursday 21st November 2024 – 1.30 -
