Join veteran product manager and author Itamar Gilad to discover how Lean Product Management is transforming the way companies discover and build products.

You'll learn how to use modern product management principles and models, and practice hands-on dozens of techniques: The North Star Metric, OKRs, Idea banks, ICE scores, Confidence Meter, Assumption maps, AFTER framework, GIST board, and more.

Itamar Gilad

Itamar Gilad is a veteran product manager, author, and product coach. For over 20 years he held senior product management and engineering roles at Google, Microsoft and a number of startups. At Google Itamar launched Gmail's Tabbed Inbox and lead Gmail's growth team (resulting in 1Bn MAUs). Itamar is the author of the product management book Evidence-Guided, and he is the creator of a number of popular product methodologies and tools including the GIST Framework and the Confidence Meter.

FAQ

Do you offer this workshop in-person rather than over Zoom?

I offer private in-person workshops for companies (see itamargilad.com/workshops), but not public workshops like this one. After facilitating many in-person and online workshops I learned that:

  1. The levels of satisfaction, engagement, and reported value are the same.
  2. Online workshops allow you to take in the information in parts (2hrs at a time) rather than all at once, which really helps with implementation success.
  3. Online workshops are cheaper for you as there are no venue and catering costs to cover, nor travel and accommodation costs.

Can I charge this event to my company?

Absolutely. Companies have allocated budgets for professional trainings like these and you can use your yearly budget for this training. Please talk to your manager about acquiring a ticket through your company.

Can I pay using bank transfer?

Why am I asked to provide company name and VAT number?

We're collecting this information to comply with EU tax laws:

  • If you're an EU company (except for Estonia) with an intracommunity VAT id, please enter that and you'll be charged 0% VAT
