DESCRIPTION: SBD Ireland presents the return of the All Ireland Championshi
 ps will take place in Four Seasons Hotel\, Monaghan on the 6th and 7th of 
 June\, 2026. \n\n This is a competition with two Divisions: National (GLP 
 Based) and Open (Standard IPF Weight Divisions) \n\n NATIONAL LEVEL DAY 1 
 \n\n This is a National Level Competition with a couple of twists: \n\n \n
  podiums will be decided based on GLP ranking within the following divisio
 ns Lightweight\, Middleweight\, Heavyweight\, Super-Heavyweight. \n Lifter
 s not only contribute points on the weekend to their province\, they also 
 extra team points for the 2026 Club League by representing the winning pro
 vince and/or being in the National Division. \n 2026 IrishPF Membership (P

  Qualifying Period \n Qualifying Period: February Open 2025 - University N
 ationals 2026 - IrishPF Competitions or International Level representing I
 rishPF \n Minimum GLP: 80 [Female] \, 86 [Male] \n Remaining tickets will 
 go on general sale to anyone who meets the qualifying criteria [2026 Membe
 rship and hit required GLP in the qualifying period]. Your entry includes 
 an event specific Custom Designed SBD T Shirt\, kindly sponsored by SBD Ir
 eland. \n This is a National Level Competition\, where records may be brok
 en. \n Podium will be awarded based on GLP within a weight division (see b
 elow). You will still select your weight class for record purposes and pot

 lifier for IrishPF Open Nationals 2026\, University Nationals 2027\, Bench
  Nationals 2027\, Junior Nationals 2027\, Masters Nationals 2027 \n \n\n P
 odium and Awards \n\n Across the full weekend there will be an overall awa
 rd to the Best Province. Lifters in both the Open and National Divisions w
 ill contribute team points to this award with National level points being 
 weighted more \n\n \n Point scoring for all Open Lifters shall be: 12\, 9\
 , 8\, 7\, 6\, 5\, 4\, 3\, and 2 points for the first nine places in any bo
 dyweight category. Thereafter\, each lifter who\nmakes a total in the comp
 etition shall be awarded one point. \n Point scoring for the National Divi
 sion shall be 1.5x the points of the Open e.g. 18\, 13.5\, 12 etc \n The p
 oint scores of the five best placed lifters of each province will be count
 ed for the Best Province award. In case of a tie in points scored\, final 
 team placing shall be decided based on the higher number of 1st place podi
 um finishes. \n \n\n  \nPersonal Equipment \n\n \n National: All personal 
 equipment must be on the approved list. \n Open: All personal equipment mu
 st meet IPF specifications\, but does not need to be on the IPF approved l
 ist. \n Please familiarise yourself with the IPF Technical Rules and Anti 
 Doping Guidelines. \n \n\n Additional information \n\n \n Final deadline f
 or completing entry forms will be May 1st at 23:00 Irish time \n Flight sp
 lits (i.e. “what flight am I in?”) will be confirmed by May 6th. \n Ti
 ckets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE\, once registered to a lifte
 r on the entry form will be valid for that lifter\, and that lifter only.
