 nds from around the world\, sharing how ILP is solving issues in their com
 munities\, sharing insights and experiences of the regulatory environment\
 , and learning more about the funding landscape. \n\n This year we’re al
 so excited to announce that Day 3 will be a dedicated space for people to 
 get hands-on with tech and get involved in an ILP Hackathon tackling what
 ’s new and what’s next in the protocol. \n\n For international travell
 ers visiting Costa Rica to attend the ILP Summit 2023\, you can\nuse the r
