 events. These sessions offer artists practical tools to strengthen their c
 areers and navigate the often-overlooked\, behind-the-scenes essentials of
  professional life. \n\n In this session\, we’re joined by Eilish A. Hay
 es\, a Chartered Accountant with nearly 18 years' experience across public
  and private sectors\, including charities\, the civil service\, and comme
 rcial entities. Her recently established practice is dedicated to sole tra
 ders and small businesses\, with a mission to make financial advice more a
 ccessible\, affordable\, and jargon-free. \n\n As someone who grew up in a
  family steeped in Traditional Irish and Classical music (and as the siste
 r of acclaimed conductor Sinéad Hayes)\, Eilish brings a rare mix of fina
 ncial expertise and music industry understanding. She knows first-hand the
  challenges that creative professionals face when trying to manage complia
 nce\, tax\, and accounts—especially while juggling performance schedules
 \, touring\, and freelance unpredictability. \n\n This session will:\n \n*
  Demystify tax and accounting for musicians and artists\n* Offer clear adv
 ice on compliance and managing finances as a sole trader\n* Share tips on 
 record-keeping\, invoicing\, allowable expenses\, and budgeting\n* Provide

  control of your financial admin\, this session is a must for any artist l
