  this session\, we’re joined by Eilish A. Hayes\, a Chartered Accountant
  with nearly 17 years' experience across public and private sectors\, incl
 uding charities\, the civil service\, and commercial entities. Her newly e
 stablished practice is dedicated to sole traders and small businesses\, wi
 th a mission to make financial advice more accessible\, affordable\, and j
 argon-free. \n\n As someone who grew up in a family steeped in Traditional
  Irish and Classical music (and as the sister of acclaimed conductor Siné
 ad Hayes)\, Eilish brings a rare mix of financial expertise and music indu
 stry understanding. She knows first-hand the challenges that creative prof
 essionals face when trying to manage compliance\, tax\, and accounts—esp
 ecially while juggling performance schedules\, touring\, and freelance unp
 redictability. \n\n This session will:\n \n* Demystify tax and accounting 
 for musicians and artists\n* Offer clear advice on compliance and managing
  finances as a sole trader\n* Share tips on record-keeping\, invoicing\, a
