 n Eine Projektfinanzierung von 39'000 CHF kann nach Teilnahme am Workshop\
 , an Inkubationssitungen und unter Berücksichtigung der Teilnahmebedingun
 gen erhalten werden. \n\n Gemeinsam gehen wir der Frage nach:\nWie lässt 
 sich die Planetary Health Diet mit innovativen Angeboten und Nudging in na
 chhaltige Konsummuster integrieren? \n\n Welche Hürden müssen überwunde
 n werden\, um die Planetary Health Diet in der Wertschöpfungskette abzubi
 lden? Wie kann der ökologische Fussabdruck der Ernährung mit der heutige
 n Lieferkette in Einklang gebracht werden? Eine Lösung erfordert ein Umde
 nken in Produktion\, Konsum und Marktstrukturen auf allen Ebenen. \n\n Wä
