 sts engaged with open annotation practices and tools. Given social annotat
 ion's dramatic growth during the massive migration to remote teaching and 
 learning in the pandemic\, #ianno21 will have a special focus on annotatio
 n in education. In keeping with this year's theme — reading together —
  our touchstone across all sessions will be how more and more people are c
 oming together through reading to share ideas\, ask questions\, and make c
