 ses on the roll-out and daily operation of multiple kanban systems. You wi
 ll consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your or
 ganisation and how to manage and evolve inter-dependent kanban systems ove
 r time without trauma. Learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical comm
 itment and the seven key feedback loops and cadences.  The class also cove
 rs handling metrics\, and setting policies. \n\n Also see companion course
  KMP 1\, and the team practitioner course\, Kanban for the Whole Team. \n\
 n Course Content &amp\; Objectives \n\n Participants will learn about the 
 management of single and interdependent kanban systems. At the end of the 
 training\, participants will understand: \n\n \n Building an Information F
 low: the 7 Cadences \n Dealing with resistance to WIP limits \n Understand
  asymmetrical commitment \n Rollout phases for a kanban initiative \n Deve
 loping a service orientation \n Kanban values: a different approach to int
 roducing kanban \n Scrumban case study \n Managing evolutionary change \n 
 \n\n Pre-requisites \n\n Attendees are expected to have read the Kanban bo
 ok by David J Anderson or Kanban from the Inside by Mike Burrows. The Kanb
 an eBook will be provided upon registration.\nPrior completion of a KMP Fo
 undations Level I course\, or an LKU Introductory Level course such as Hug
 e.IO’s Getting Started with Kanban Workshop or the Team Kanban Practitio
 ner course\, is preferred. Completion of a KMP Foundations Level I course 
 is required to achieve the KMP accreditation. \nThis class is for people w
 ho currently use a Kanban system\, or have prior experience with Kanban\, 
 or who are in the KMP training series currently\, and/or who have consulti
 ng clients who use Kanban.  \n\n Participants Receive \n\n \n A physical c
 opy of the definitive short guide to the method\,  \n Essential Kanban Con
 densed by David J. Anderson and Huge.IO’s Andy Carmichael. \n A digital 
 copy of the book Kanban by David J. Anderson. \n A digital copy of the sli
 des and references. \n Certificate of Completion of Lean Kanban University
  Certified Kanban Training\, digital format. \n Accreditation by Lean Kanb
 an University as  a Kanban Management Professional (KMP). \n Membership in
  Lean Kanban University and a listing in the LKU Alumni Directory. \n \n\n
  This is the second of two steps to the KMP accreditation.  Both steps are
  required. \n
