 - 20th. \n\n This 2-day Foundations Level Kanban training class (KMP2) foc
 uses on the rollout and management of single or multiple kanban systems. Y
 ou will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for yo
 ur organisation and how to manage and evolve inter-dependent Kanban system
 s over time without trauma. \n\n Learn how to improve agility with asymmet
 rical commitment and the seven key feedback loops and cadences. The class 
 also covers managing with metrics and policy-setting. \n\n Led by Andy Car
 michael of HUGE IO\, an Accredited Kanban Trainer\, successful completion 
 of this course will result in TKP accreditation issued by Lean Kanban Univ
 ersity — recognised globally as the leading certifying body for Kanban p
 rofessionals. The first course Kanban System Design (KMP1)\, and a team pr
 actitioner course\, Kanban for the Whole Team (TKP)\, are also available. 
 \n\n Course Content &amp\; Objectives \n\n Participants will learn about t
 he management of single Kanban systems and multiple inter-dependent Kanban
  systems\, understanding how dependencies within and between systems can c
 ause impediments to flow or bottlenecks. \n\n The content of this course c
 overs the following topics\, presented in the form of interactive exercise
 s organised in small groups\, plus games\, classroom teaching and discussi
 on. A Kanban case study is also presented and discussed. \n\n Participants

 Cadences \n To manage evolutionary change \n To deal with resistance to po
 licy changes\, such as WIP limits \n Asymmetrical commitment impacts Kanba
 n systems \n To identify and address bottlenecks \n To rollout a Kanban in

 re \n \n\n Prerequisites \n\n Participants are expected to have  \n\n \n R
 ead the Kanban book by David J Anderson or Kanban from the Inside by Mike 
 Burrows. (The Kanban eBook will be provided upon registration.) \n Some Ka
 nban experience\, or prior completion of other training\, (e.g.: a KMP1 co
 urse\; an LKU Introductory Level course\; Huge.IO’s Starting Kanban\; or
