 sign a Kanban system and initiate change with Kanban. They will learn the 
 basic concepts of flow\, pull\, and collaborative improvement.  \n\n Durin

 ss bottlenecks  \n How to work with shifting priorities  \n How to deal wi
 th interrupt work and multi-tasking  \n How to deal with important but not
  time-critical work  \n How to avoid having work pile up in one place (or 
 time) while there is a lack of work in another place  \n How to create flo
 w in the work\, the information to perform the work\, and the teams that d
 o the work  \n \n\n Who should attend? \n\n This 2-day foundations-level K
 anban training class is for managers\, developers\, and anyone wanting to 
 learn the fundamentals of the Kanban Method. The class includes the use of
  a Kanban simulation as well as exercises to design an actual Kanban syste
 m.  \n\n Learning Outcomes: \n\n The content of this course covers the fol
 lowing topics\, presented in the form of intensive\, non-technical exercis
 es organized in small groups\, games\, classroom teaching and discussion:\
 n- Controlling Work in Progress (from push to pull)\n- Visualizing work (d
 esigning the card wall) \n- Measuring and managing flow (control charts\, 
 flow diagrams) \n- Making policies explicit (classes of service) \n- Manag
 ing change and collaborative improvement \n\n Pre-requisites: \n\n Attende
 es should have successfully completed the Introduction to Kanban or Team K
 anban Practitioner classes.  Attendees should become familiar with the Kan
 ban Method and a conceptual overview of the full "alternative path to agil
 ity.” Course participants are encouraged to have read the book Kanban by
  David J. Anderson or Kanban from the Inside by Mike Burrows.  \n\n Instru
 ctor: \n\n Led by Brendan Wovchko of HUGE I/O\, an Accredited Kanban Train
 er\, successful completion of this course will result in a certificate of 
 completion issued by Lean Kanban University — recognized globally as the
  leading certifying body for Kanban professionals. \n\n All attendees will
