 nus. \n\n About the Speaker \n\n  \n\n Isaac Tung is a Partner in Allen &a
 mp\; Gledhill LLP with more than 16 years of practice experience.  He has 
 deep expertise in IP protection\, portfolio and rights management. He is w
 ell versed in the filing and prosecution of patents\, trade marks and desi
 gns applications\, and shares his expertise with his clients in their over
 all management of their intellectual property portfolios in Singapore and 
 worldwide. \n\n In the area of branding\, Isaac works with many leading ho
 usehold names\, including telecoms companies and financial institutions to
  help them develop\, promote and protect their brands. In the area of pate
 nts\, Isaac advises on patent strategy and counseling\, including renderin
 g freedom to operate and patent infringement opinions\, conducting due dil
 igence\, technology transfer\, licensing and negotiations\, joint research
  and development. He prepares and reviews IP documentation\, such as licen
 sing agreements\, technology transfer agreements\, collaboration agreement
 s as well as the transfer of IP assets. \n\n Isaac also teaches Business L
 aw as an Adjunct Faculty at the Singapore Institute of Technology and shar
 es his experience in the business world with young aspiring minds. \n
