DESCRIPTION: We're bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to Hereford on Saturd
 ay 8th October! \n\n Join us for an evening of Bavarian fun\, where we tra
 nsform HR4K into a classic German beer hall whilst raising money for great
  local causes. \n\n Expect enormous benches laden with a feast of German f
 ood\, a bar stocked with beers\, wines and cocktails\, an amazing live ban
 d and plenty of fancy dress fun. \n\n Times: Doors open at 7:00pm\, food s
 erved 7:30pm\, carriages at midnight \n\n  \n\n Your £30 ticket includes 
 entrance\, entertainment\, your meal and your first drink free \n\n \n The
  bar will be fully stocked with beer\, wine\, cider\, cocktails and soft d
 rinks. \n Your meal will be a Bavarian platter of roasted and smoked meats
 \, sauerkraut\, mustard\, bread rolls.  Vegetarian option available\, too\
 , just let us know when you book! \n Entertainment is provided throughout 
 the evening by a live band playing covers and traditional German drinking 
 songs! \n Our resident DJ will turn up the singalong tunes and party class
 ics later in the evening! \n Fancy dress Bavarian attire is encouraged! We
 'll be giving a prize for the best dressed Mann und Frau! \n \n\n Help us 
 raise funds for amazing local causes \n\n The event is jointly organised b
 y HR4K and Hereford Round Table\, a registered charity made up of a team o
 f volunteers raising money for our community grants scheme. This event wil
 l help fund community projects and worthy causes all over Herefordshire. \
 n\n \n\n This is an 18+ event and we operate a Challenge 25 policy. Please
  drink responsibly. Offensive fancy dress or inappropriate behaviour will
