 n and can’t be used \n How to construct a range \n Understand throwing t
 echniques and how to correct them \n Consider session plans\, targets\, co
 mpetitions and games \n \n\n You will need: dress for the weather\, hiking
  boots\, waterproofs\, layers\, gloves\, sun cream! – training will be i
 n and out\, but experience will be outside the whole time and there will b
 e some waiting. Bring your own lunch. \n\n We will provide: coffees\, teas
