DESCRIPTION: This event is open to Guide &amp\; Ranger units and Young Lead
 ers - maximum of 16 per unit accompanied by a minimum of one leader.  \n\n
  Your unit will be mixed with other units to get to groups of 20 girls for
  the water activities \n\n COST: £28 per Guide/Ranger/YL \n\n DATE: Satur
 day 26th September \n\n TIME: Approx. 9:00 - 4:30pm. There are staggered a
 rrival/departure times\, you will be allocated times once bookings close. 
 \n\n VENUE: Paxmead Riverside Base\, Dockett Eddy Lane\, Shepperton\, TW17
  9NT. \n\n DRESS: Arrive in wet water wear (see kit list which will be iss
 ued with further information after the closing date) \n\n Hot drinks for a
 dults will be freely available all day - bring a cup \nHot chocolate will 
 be available for participants at lunch time - bring a cup\nEveryone will n
 eed to bring a packed lunch and snacks \n\n The event is a full day of 4 d
 ifferent water sports and a campfire. We recommend participants have sever
 al changes of clothes including a dry set to go home in. This is to ensure
  everyone remains comfortable if they get wet. \n\n ACTIVITIES: The day wi
 ll be spilt into 5 sessions\nKayaking (possibly wet)\nGiant Paddleboarding
  (likely wet)\nPower boating (dry)\nRaft building (likely wet)\nCampfire (
 dry) \n\n Places are limited so will be allocated on a first come\, first 
 served basis.  \n\n CLOSING DATE: Friday 19th June 2026****(please note th
 e event may sell out before that) You can pay by BACS if you select invoic
 e at checkout\, deadline for final payment is 3rd July 2026.  \n\n Further
  event information will be send on 3rd July. To ensure everyone is well in
 formed in the run up to the event\, there will be an invitation to join an
  event Whatsapp Group and a Zoom link for leaders to join a call on Tuesda
 y 1st Sept and Wednesday 2nd Sept both at 7:30pm.\n \nFurther information
