DESCRIPTION: This event is open to Brownie units - maximum of 20 per unit. 
 \n\n COST: £25 per Brownie (plus pocket money for souvenir shop and snack
 s) \n\n DATE: Sunday 13th September 2026 \n\n TIME: approx. 10-4pm. Groups
  will be allocated an arrival/departure time once bookings have closed. Th
 is is to help stagger parents dropping off/picking up. \n\n PLACE: Paxmead
  Riverside Base\, Dockett Eddy Lane\, Shepperton\, TW17 9NT \n\n DRESS: Br
 ownie uniform/activity wear (including wet/water clothes) A kit list will 
 be emailed to everyone once booking has closed. \n\n Hot drinks will be fr
 eely available all day for volunteers but everyone will need to bring a pa
 cked lunch \n\n ACTIVITIES: \nThe day involves both water and land based a
 ctivities. A kit list will be sent out to groups before the event.  \n\n  
 Water activity: Brownies will all have the opportunity to go out onto the 
 water on the giant paddleboards for a fun group session (river/weather per
 mitting) \n\n Land activities: The day will be Pirate themed games\, craft
 s and activities. We are asking each unit to run a provided craft/game/act
 ivity. We will email you more details on this once bookings have closed. \
 n\n Places are limited so will be allocated on a first come\, first served
  basis.  \n\n PLEASE NOTE : Tickets are non refundable. If you have a Brow
 nie drop out then it is your responsibility to fill their place. \n\n CLOS

 t on 17th July. To ensure everyone is well informed in the run up to the e
 vent\, there will be an invitation to join an event Whatsapp Group and a Z
 oom link for leaders to join a call on Thursday 3rd September and Friday 4
