DESCRIPTION: This event is open to Guide &amp\; Ranger units and Young Lead
 ers - maximum of 10 per unit accompanied by a minimum of two leaders.  \n\
 n (If you book a smaller number of places your unit will be mixed with oth
 er units to get to groups of 10 girls for the water activities) \n\n COST:
  £28 per Guide/Ranger/YL (plus pocket money for souvenir shop and snacks)
 . \n\n DATE: Saturday 27th September \n\n TIME: Approx. 9:30 - 4pm. There 
 are staggered arrival/departure times\, you will be allocated times once b
 ookings close. \n\n VENUE: Paxmead Riverside Base\, Dockett Eddy Lane\, Sh
 epperton\, TW17 9NT. \n\n DRESS: Guide/Ranger/YL uniform and wet water wea
 r (see kit list which will be issued with further information after the cl
 osing date) \n\n Hot drinks will be freely available all day but everyone 
 will need to bring a packed lunch.  \n\n The day involves a mix of wet/dry
  activities – and of course the famous Cardboard Canoe Competition (rule
 s for the competition will be included with further information) \n\n ACTI
 VITIES: The day will be spilt into two session \n\n Paddle - Water activit
 ies\; the chance to try our unique giant paddleboards\, kayaking and more 
 (all river/weather depending so subject to change depending on conditions)
   \n\n Potter - Land based activities\; wizarding themed crafts\, games an
 d bushcraft. \nIn addition there is the famous cardboard canoe competition
  which units can enter\, rules and detail will be sent after booking \n\n 
 Places are limited so will be allocated on a first come\, first served bas
 is.  \n\n CLOSING DATE: 13th June 2025****(please note the event may sell 
 out before that) You can pay by BACS if you select invoice at checkout\, d
 eadline for final payment is 4th July 2025.  \n\n Further event informatio
 n will be send on 20th June. To ensure everyone is well informed in the ru
 n up to the event\, there will be an invitation to join an event Whatsapp 
 Group and a Zoom link for leaders to join a call on Tuesday 2nd September
