 restaurants and cafes that make up such an important part of our community
  have to make in order to survive and prosper in our new world. \n\n You w
 ill join 5 panelists on the evening.\n3 restaurant owners who will share t
 heir experience of running successful food businesses and their plans for 
 2021 and beyond\nWe also have 2 of the most respected food journalists in 
 Ireland who will share their thoughts and observations on the challenges a
 nd opportunities in the sector. \n\n Tracy Keoghan\, Lemon Leaf\, Kinsale 
 \n\n Tracy started the very successful Lemon Leaf cafe in Kinsale in 2010.
  She is currently in the final stages of relaunching the Lemon Leaf with a
  new focus which she will share on the night. \n\n Paul McDonald\, Bastion
 \, Kinsale \n\n Paul and Helen his wife started Bastion in 2015 and in 202
 0 they were given a Michelin star. Summer 2020 saw them reduce the number 
 of tables and sittings to give space for their patrons and now they are th
 inking again about how to safely do what they do best. \n\n Barbara Nealon
 \, St Francis\, Kinsale \n\n Barbara is a Clare woman who started St Franc
 is in 2018 with John\, her husband. Her background in San Francisco and ti
 me running a sausage business and food truck informed both the initial set
  up and how she has adopted to the more recent journey. \n\n Katy McGuinne
 ss\, Independent/Sunday Times \n\n Katy is the restaurant critic with the 
 Irish Independent) and food\, features and travel writer with the Sunday T
 imes and  Irish Independent. Her recent piece ‘It’s a chance to change
  the restaurant industry for the better. We’ve been given a reset button
 ’ was the starting point for this discussion. \n\n Joe McNamee\, Examine
 r/Food and Wine \n\n Joe is the Food Writer for the Examiner\, a contribut
 or to Eater and Food and Wine and a member of the Food Guild. He is also t
 he Ringmaster for the Grub Circus series of food events and discussions. \
 n\n The session will be hosted by Keith Bohanna who has his own series of 
 food events (Biabeag) and is the co-founder of Real Bread Ireland. \n\n Ti
