  Service Design \n\n This training programme is designed for EU|BIC manage
 rs and staff\, incubator and accelerator professionals\, and other Busines
 s Support Organisations (BSOs) seeking to strengthen their capacity to sup
 port startups and SMEs in international growth.  \n\n The programme aims t
 o equip participants with the strategic vision\, practical tools\, and pro
 gramme design capabilities needed to develop effective internationalisatio
 n support services. Participants will learn how to build an internationali
 sation strategy for their own organisation\, assess the readiness and inte
 rnational growth potential of startups\, and design impactful support prog
 rammes that facilitate market access\, partnerships\, investment\, and cro
 ss-border expansion.  \n\n Structured around three complementary modules\,
  the training follows a progressive learning journey: \n \n1. EU|BIC Inter
 nationalisation Strategies – focusing on the international mindset\, str
 ategic positioning\, partnership development\, and alignment with European
  policy initiatives\;  \n\n \n  Startup Internationalisation Strategies an
 d Tools – providing practical frameworks and tools to assess readiness\,
  identify market opportunities\, and support startup internationalisation 
 pathways\;   \n  Startup Internationalisation Support Programme Design –
  enabling participants to develop and manage internationalisation services
 \, soft-landing programmes\, mentoring and matchmaking activities\, fundin
 g support mechanisms\, and impact measurement systems.   \n \n\n By the en
 d of the programme\, participants will be able to design and deliver more 
 effective internationalisation support services\, strengthen their interna
 tional networks and partnerships\, and contribute to the growth\, competit
 iveness\, and global market reach of the startups and SMEs they support. T
 he programme ultimately aims to reinforce the role of EU|BICs as key facil
 itators of international innovation\, business collaboration\, and ecosyst
 em development within Europe and beyond.  \n
